Graham Nichols Professional Corporation has been serving clients in Markham and York Region with legal services
since 1983. We have developed a Markham law office which focuses on the practice of real estate, corporate, and Wills and
estates. We also provide Notarizing and Commissioning services.
Our goal is to help you get your real estate transaction, commercial negotiations and Wills and estate planning and estate administration
completed. We are your legal solution in Markham.
Our office is located at 51 Main Street North, Markham, just north of Highway 7. Free parking for clients is located
behind our building as well as next door, behind the Royal Bank. Our office hours are Monday to Friday,
8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Appointments outside of regular business hours may be available on request.
Graham Nichols has been a resident of Markham since 1963. Our firm's senior lawyer, Mr. Nichols
currently serves as a director for The Centre for Dreams, a local registered charity. He is a past
President of the Markham Board of Trade (1988-1989) and served as a director of the Markham Stouffville
Hospital from 1992 through 2001 and as Board Chair in 2001.
Phillipa Catherine Goddard is an Associate at Graham Nichols Professional Corporation, practicing in the areas of wills and estates, corporate law, and real estate. Ms. Goddard graduated from Bond University in Queensland, Australia in 2011 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2012 as a Solicitor. Ms. Goddard was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2013. In 2014, she completed a Master of Laws at the University of Toronto. In her spare time, Ms. Goddard enjoys travelling, and playing soccer and volleyball.
